By using Rose Diary, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rose Diary is a personal journaling application that allows users to record their thoughts and emotions. Data is managed locally and via iCloud.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create within the App. We do not have access to your content. You are responsible for ensuring the backup of your data through iCloud.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, code, and original assets of the App are owned by the developer, excluding third-party assets (such as illustrations) used under license. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without permission.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. The developer shall not be liable for any data loss, specially if the user fails to manage their iCloud synchronization correctly.
